Reflexology is a gentle holistic massage of the feet focusing on “reflex points” which correspond to specific parts of the body. Massaging and applying directed pressure to these points, found on the feet and ankles, promotes relaxation, encourages healing and can help restore and maintain your body’s natural healthy equilibrium.
The same principle applies for pre-conception to post-labour treatments as Maternity Reflexology aims to relax and support the body's systems, such as hormonal, digestive and muscular. I have received specific training in all aspects of fertility and maternity Reflexology and have been successfully practicing in this area for over five years.I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and a Mobile Therapist in London. I travel to Battersea, Chelsea and Fulham. I also practice at Fulham Osteopaths on Mondays and Fridays.
